Overview

Ski 2 Freedom and adaptive skiing at Sandown Sports Centre, Esher, Surrey - a great location near to London on the Epsom Downs.

Having been a centre for skiing for some years, if you have a physical, sensory, cognitive or other health condition, you can now improve or learn to ski! Adaptive skiing is now being offered by DSUK and Ski 2 Freedom is delighted to give you further details. Who Benefits

If you, a friend or family member have any of the following then might work brilliantly for your ski or summer holiday. This is by no means an exhaustive list (it would be impossible to include every condition) but many have similar or common factors. As often someone may have a condition that we have not yet come across please do ask us if you are interested in the resort and we can try to help.

Another resort might work better for you.

Adaptive Skiing

Equipment available: bi-skis and stabilisers for amputee skiers

Teaching: Stand –Up additional needs lessons, visual impairment lessons, 3 and 4 track.

An introduction to mono sessions although beyond that it would be best to be on snow.

The cost of a lesson is £46 for non-members and £36 for members for 1-1 and £23.50 and £20 pp for group lessons.
