Disabled and Adpative Skiing Netherlands

Skiing with a disability or special need: physical, blind, deaf, learning difficulties in the Netherlands can be achieved by getting in contact with the following snow-sport organisations:

Have instructors that have experience in teaching children with learning difficulties and learning disabilities but no equipment. Specialist ski equipment and instructors can be reserved via Shos. When you make a reservation and let us know about the circumstances beforehand, we can provide the right teacher for the lessons. There are some children that require extra guidance, so if necessary we would like to ask their guide/parent to join the teacher on the slope.

The Shos is a foundation which act as a skischool beside the normal skischools at the different locations. So everybody with a disability who wants to learn how to ski/snowboard but is not able to follow the regular lessons will be informed about us and can book their lessons at our ski school.

We are specialized in all disabilities and have at all our locations equipment to help with the different kind of disabilities. Here you find a short list of disabilities, but if yours is not on the list, don’t hesitate to contact us, so we will look for your possibilities. Actually we can’t say no, so we’ll find a way.
