Ski 2 Freedom is delighted to share with you information on holidays, adventure camps and other events which are specific to children and adults who have either undergone or are waiting for a transplant.
Tackers charity brings together children who have have had transplants from around the world, to participate in camps where they have the opportunity to meet peers who have shared the same experience. Tackers founder, Liz Schick, organises the Tackers ski and snowboard camp in Anzere, Switzerland.
