To Catherine Cosby, founder of the charity Ski 2 Freedom, developing an alpine garden mirrors life lessons......
"I am not very good at expressing myself so using analogies is something I can relate to. For me to de-stress, then the garden, feeling the earth in my hands or developing receipes and culinary delights is my retreat. The life we live can be reflected in so many ways but for me the garden and kitchen tend to be the two avenues that I feel most comfortable in getting over my views!"
