New Year Countdown Day 2: Accessible Blind & Visually Impaired Skiing

NEW YEAR COUNTDOWN – DAY 2 : Accessible Ski and Winter Holiday for Blind & Visually Impaired

It takes 2…… blind or visually impaired skiing and snowboarding always requires a ski instructor or guide. Just a few photos to illustrate that anything is possible and being with family and friends is the best!! A healthy life is about experiences and so taking time out from the ski slopes to explore the neighbouring mountains is always great therapy!

Some our beneficiaries we have met on our journey to help with accessible and inclusive snow-sports including Kellallagher Gold Medal Paraplympic skier who is one of Ski 2 Freedom's Patrons and came to Gstaad - come up, slow down. to help students from the John F Kennedy School learn about visually impaired skiing - a great workshop!
