Yoga in the Mountains

Yoga, as part of a daily-routine for both physical and mental well-being, is an activity that has now become very much a part of what many ski resorts offer visitors during the winter and summer seasons. To participate in a Yoga retreat, weekend or just taking a few sessions whilst on your holiday is, in the Winter, a magical experience.

What more stimulation could one need than to be doing Yoga high up on a snowy mountain, surrounding by Mother Nature herself!
This winter we are delighted to encourage you to take time out and either do some Yoga. For beginners and for those who are familiar with this type of exercise then may we suggest the following:

Val d’Isere Yoga Festival 2018 – 27th to 29th April 2018**

This extremely popular event returns once again to Val d’Isere. This ski resort is a perfect place to renew energy and equilibrium.
